Julia’s favorite kitty: Garfield

Once again I’m saved by the miracle of… lasagne!

Garfield is a humorous comic strip created by Jim Davis. It centers around the lives of a fat, lazy, cynical orange cat who loves lasagna, coffee, and his remote control; his owner, the long-suffering Jon Arbuckle; and Odie, a sweet but silly dog.

On 19th June 1978, Garfield appeared on the comics pages for the first time. Today, it appears in 2570 newspapers around the globe and is read by 263 million people in 23 different languages.

Julia is a big fan of Garfield for a long time and she has a huge collection of books that includes albums in French, Spanish and, of course, in English 😀

Fortunately is pretty easy to find a lot of stuff about Garfield almost in anywhere: newspapers, Internet, television, movies, video games and to top it a stage musical!! And of course you can find his books in many bookshops, for example in FNAC or in Casa del Libro.

Let me know if you read about him!

So say we all!!
