Stage Design

Hamlet – June 16, 2010

The process of setting the stage was hard. We knew that we didn’t want a magnificent stage design. On the other hand, we didn’t want it to look childish. So we made a lot of drafts, trying to get some good ideas. It took many months until we were convinced that the absence of external factors was the best. In this way, the actors took on greater prominence and we let the viewer to imagine the scenario.
